After over a decade practicing as a Registered Nurse, I have obtained my Missouri tattoo license and have pursued new business ventures. I currently offer cosmetic tattoos, Li-ft tattoo removal, Botox, filler, vitamin injections, microneedling, Sclerotherapy, chemical peels, facials, and customized spray tans! Soon I will be adding paramedical tattoos to my service menu. The name, Alluring Soul, comes from my own personal philosophy that true beauty comes from within. My hours are by appointment only at this time, as I am still employed as a Registered Nurse full time. These individuals are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS, thus I do NOT manage their hours, services, appointments, or prices. To book with one of these providers, you must contact them directly by phone, or their booking website. I require a deposit to book, and this must be paid to hold your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, this must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to transfer or refund your deposit. If done so less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit. Again, appointments will not be accepted without paying a deposit. Cancellation Policy
Most appointments require a 50% deposit when booking. The deposit collected will go toward the total cost of the service provided. There is a 50% cancellation fee if the client’s appointment is cancelled LESS THAN 24 HOURS before the scheduled date and time. Cancellation fees are charged to the card on file. If you booked under Afterpay or Care Credit, your cancellation fee will be deducted from the card on file that was used to secure your appointment. If more than 24 hours notice is provided to attempt to fill that appointment time, there will be no cancellation fee collected and the service deposit, if applicable, can be transferred to a future appointment date or refunded. If a client no shows, there is a 50% cancellation fee and the service deposit will be forfeited. The cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If rebooking after being a no show, the appointment must be PREPAID in FULL. If at that time the client doesn’t show up for the 2nd appointment, again there will be a 50% cancellation fee and the deposit will be forfeited. After two no shows, the client will not be rebooked. The client is able to cancel or reschedule their appointment by following appointment details sent via text and/or email when the appointment was originally booked. The text will read, “For more details or to manage this appointment” and a direct link is provided. THIS IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. If attempting to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the appointment, this method is not available. If the client cannot find the original appointment details sent, then sending a text with your name, appointment date and time, and service scheduled will suffice. TEXT 417-622-3255. This is Nurse Charity’s personal cell. Sending an email to cancel the appointment is NOT ACCEPTABLE and the cancellation fee will apply. Email is not monitored daily. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. To prepare for your appointment, PLEASE sign off on consents attached. There is valuable information in each consent and certain procedures require strict precare. It is your responsibility to read over the information provided in the paperwork BEFORE your appointment. There are situations that disqualify a client from getting a procedure. If you show up to your appointment and are disqualified due to circumstances stated plainly in the consent provided before your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled, and your card on file will be charged 50% of the total procedure cost. To rebook, the client will be required to pay an additional deposit. Again, PLEASE READ THE CONSENTS provided and provide honest answers to the questions listed. This is for the client’s SAFETY and the BEST RESULTS.
